Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
-Lead, coach and motivate restaurant team members
-Maintain high standards of food service quality and guest satisfaction
-Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
-Ensure cleanliness, safety and compliance with company standards
-Manage shift flow and support POS system operations
Qualifications:
-1–2 years of restaurant or food service management experience
-Strong leadership and team development skills
-Experience using POS systems
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-High School Diploma or GED preferred
-Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
