Responsibilities
- Handle all kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook Japanese food dishes on the menu
- Maintain all health codes and food safety regulations
- Plan menus and ensure all food meet quality standards
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Train kitchen staff and members
