Job Requirements

- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience

Job Duties

- Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff, and monitor their performance to maintain service standards
- Modify food preparation methods and adjust menu prices in line with the restaurant’s budget
- Manage inventory by organizing and maintaining stock levels
- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide high-quality customer service
