Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant.
• Inform and brief staff members regarding the specials, features, menu changes and promotional strategies.
• Ensure all restaurant operations are opened and closed following company policy.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant and kitchen.
• Set staff work schedules with shift managers, monitor staff performance, and conduct performance reviews.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all team members through coaching and reviews.
• Handle guest complaints and work with the owner to resolve all guest-related feedback.
• Coordinate with the team to meet sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction and follow
company procedures to increase productivity.
• Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and other supplies to prevent shortages and control food waste.
• Coordinate routine operational tasks with shift managers, assist in generating sales reports and maintain administrative records.
