La ZaZa Trattoria is seeking a motivated Restaurant Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations and support a high-performing restaurant team. This position plays a key role in ensuring excellent service, strong team performance and smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with daily restaurant operations and shift leadership
• Supervise and support front-of-house and kitchen staff
• Ensure high standards for service, cleanliness and food quality
• Manage scheduling, inventory and cost control
• Oversee POS systems and daily cash management
Qualifications
• Previous restaurant management or assistant manager experience (3+ years)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment
