We have opening for Restaurant Assistant Manager at our Mr. Greek (1086918 Ontario Inc.) located at 2925 Queen Street E, Brampton, ON L6T 5J1. If you have what it takes to succeed in this healthy environment, then this is a position for you.
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Duties:
• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Direct and control daily operation
• Supervision: 11 to 15 people
Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available
Salary: CAD $37.25 per hour for 30 to 35 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
Number of Positions: 1
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS office, MS Outlook
