Restaurant assistant manager (NOC 60030) Job

We have openings for restaurant assistant managers at our “Tim Hortons” restaurant (Akropolis 5 Inc) located at 150 Holiday Inn Drive, Cambridge, ON N3C 3T2. Job Duties:
• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Direct and control daily operation
• Supervision: 11 to 15 people

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Employment conditions: Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Night, Overtime
Salary: CAD $37.00 per hour for 30 to 35 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
