Restaurant Assistant manager Job

Job Duties
• Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Hire, train, and supervise staff while monitoring performance and productivity
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
• Manage inventory, control costs, and monitor revenues to maintain financial performance
• Address customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Employment Requirements
• Completion of a college program in hospitality, food service management, or a related field
or minimum one year of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
