Hansol Korean Restaurant in Coquitlam, BC is looking for a qualified Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team.
Job Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager (Permanent)
Positions Available: 1
Hourly Wage: C$36.60 ~ C$37.00
Working Hours: 30-32.50 hours per week
Vacation: 4% of gross salary for vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:
- Assist the owner/restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations, developing the restaurant team and analyzing budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Implement company polices and operational procedures
- Train and motivate staff to ensure excellent food service and high customer satisfaction
- Assist in recruiting, scheduling and overseeing staff performance
- Monitor inventory of food, beverages and supplies, and place orders as needed
- Review customer feedback and address customer issues professionally
- Ensure staff compliance with health and safety regulations
Job Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including experience in a supervisory role
- Certificate: Serving It Right certificate
- Language: English
- Efficient interpersonal skills and client focus
