Prestige Diner is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead operations at our busy family diner. This role supports the General Manager in maintaining efficient service, managing staff and ensuring a welcoming dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room operations during scheduled shifts
• Supervise and support front-of-house staff
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness and food presentation
• Assist with staff training and team development
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure positive experiences

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a busy restaurant environment
• Flexible availability including weekends and evening shifts
