Jedss Ent Ltd. Dba Subway in Terrace is looking for One (1) full time Restaurant Assistant Manager who could join immediately. The following are the details for the job.
Location: Subway, 4744 Lakelse Avenue, Terrace, BC V8G 1R6
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible
Compensation: $38.40 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours per week
Language of work: English
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and evaluate the operations of the restaurant.
Manages staff service activities, resources, budget and scheduling.
Conducts recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance evaluation
Maintains and promotes updated knowledge of company policies and Procedures.
Responsible for opening and closing procedures and cash management activities.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Determine the type of services to be offered.
Implement operational procedures.
Handle staff and customer complaints.
Skill Requirements
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant Experience
