Respite Provider Job

Respite Provider Needed – Eau Claire Area
We are looking for an active, reliable, and engaging Respite Provider to support a child in the Eau Claire community.
Position Details:
• Location: Eau Claire, WI
• Schedule: approximately 5 hours per week + 4 days per month.
• Pay: $10.60 per hour or $154.48 per day

About the Role:
We're seeking someone who enjoys working with children and can provide a safe, positive, and engaging environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, loves sports, being outside, and enjoys participating in activities that encourage fun, learning, and community involvement. This child does have a pool and action city pass as well.

Responsibilities:
• Provide supervision and support in a safe, caring environment.
• Engage in age-appropriate recreational and community activities.
• Encourage positive social interaction and independence.
• Follow the child's care plan and communicate effectively with the family as needed.

Ideal Candidate:
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
• Active and enthusiastic about working with children.
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus but not required.

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Auto insurance
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
