WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a professional house cleaner, you'll work in teams of two, following our proven Two Maids Cleaning System to deliver a spotless, welcoming environment in clients' homes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing thorough cleaning of homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Using our provided cleaning products and tools to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Following our training program and cleaning system with consistency and excellence.
- Checking and double-checking work including your teammate's before leaving the site.
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly.
- Practicing proactive, professional communication with both clients and teammates.
- Maintaining proper uniform and presentation while on the job.
- Keeping track of cleaning supplies and reporting shortages.

EXPERIENCE

- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Background in hospitality or housekeeping preferred.

PAY AND BENEFITS

- $10.00/hr for training, $15.00 - $23.00+/hr on commission
