Residential & Commercial Cleaning Associate Job

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
Execute specialized floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and tile maintenance to keep floors looking pristine
Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process
Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols for all cleaning tasks
Assist with housekeeping management duties when needed, including inventory checks and reporting supply needs

Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods
Experience with carpet cleaning and general housekeeping is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
Nice-to-have skills, hotel housekeeping experience, or housekeeper management background
1 year experience preferred
