Job Description:
- Coordinate, arrange and supervise the work of the reservation department staff and complete relevant performance evaluations.
- Supervise and improve the department's work procedures, and formulate the department's daily work schedule.
- Do a good job in coordinating with the finance, housekeeping and other departments.
- Supervise employees to complete the reservation work on platforms such as phone, email and the Internet in accordance with regulations.
- Supervise employees to do a good job in room change services, check-out and other services.
- Be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of major customers.
- Solve problems and complaints related to the department's work and submit departmental work reports as required.
- Recruit department staff and provide them with training on job responsibilities and company policies.
- Depending on work needs, perform the same duties as the supervised employees.

Job Requirements:
Experience in hospitality industry, leadership role is required
Communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Trained in emergency response and de-escalation strategies
