Research Scientist (RS9) & Sr. Research Scientist (SRS9) Overarching and common duties for all positions: Engage in, support, and/or market the design and development of NVIDIA’s GPU, computer graphics, AI and supercomputing for gaming, professional visualization and data centers for various industries. Initiate the design, development, execution and implementation of technology research projects. Plan and execute applied research. Research and develop creative and innovative EDA software and algorithms, ASIC and VLSI design techniques, machine learning accelerator approaches, and/or novel digital VLSI circuits. Contribute to novel research advancing the state-of-the-art in machine learning accelerator design. Collaborate on the development of research prototypes, such as test chips. Position is based out of headquarters in Santa Clara, CA but may be assigned to unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. as determined by management. Telecommuting Permitted.
The base salary ranges for these positions are:
$127,995 to $172,500
$161,199 to $212,750
$191,922 to $258,750
$225,146 to $299,000
$257,421 to $356,500
