Research Scientist (RS52) Job

Lead the research and engineering efforts to build state-of-the-art generative chat LLMs using Reinforcement Leaming for foundation models; Design and implement reinforcement learning algorithms to improve model performance and
Safety. Position is based out of headquarters in Santa Clara, CA but may be assigned to unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. as determined by management.

The base salary range for this position is $240,000 to $264,500. Salary will be determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions and levels. All positions will be eligible for equity and benefits. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/benefits/ for more information.

Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field plus one (1) years’ experience in the job offered (Research Scientist), Machine Learning Engineer or related occupation.
