NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA has multiple opportunities at various levels (requiring Bachelor's, Master's or PhD level plus 0 to 14 years of experience, depending on position). Research Scientist (RS10), Sr. Research Scientist (SRS10), & Principal Research Scientist (PRS10). Propose and conduct original research on foundational and applied problems. Design, implement, and test novel algorithms and models. Publish research results in top conferences and journals. Collaborate with internal research teams and external partners. Transfer research innovations to product or engineering teams. May work with various teams (AI, Hardware, Auto, Graphics, Robotics, Gaming, Data Center). In research design, may plan, design, and conduct experiments, studies, and trials to experimentation/test. In data management, may collect, record, analyze, and interpret complex scientific data using statistical methods. In knowledge generation, may develop new theories, products, methods, or treatments based on research. In dissemination, may write papers, reports, and proposals; present findings to stakeholders and at conferences as needed. Position is based out of headquarters in Santa Clara, CA but may be assigned to unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. as determined by management. Telecommuting Permitted.

The base salary ranges for these positions are:
$128,000 to $212,750
$168,000 to $264,500
$201,094 to $304,750
$237,786 to $356,500
$272,000 to $431,250
