Research Scientist Job

Research Scientist is required to perform the following duties:

• Develop and validate analytical methods for the qualitative and quantitative assessment of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and finished dosage forms using HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and other analytical tools.
• Method development and feasibility studies per USP monographs and client requirements
• Verification/validation of methods: assay, preservative assay, impurity testing, content testing, etc.
• Assist in the design and development of oral solid dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules), topical, or liquid formulations.
• Stability testing and compilation reports.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies including solubility, compatibility, and excipient screening.
• Analysis for raw materials, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), in process and finished drug products (release and stability testing).
• SOP preparation/review.
• Optimize formulation processes to enhance bioavailability, stability, and patient compliance.
• Participate in experimental design for formulation robustness and process optimization.
• Documentation for ANDAs/NDAs and responses to U.S. FDA.
• Preparation/review of COAs, protocols, reports, LIRs, OOS, and OOT.
• Support scale-up and technology transfer activities for pilot and production batches.

Bachelor Degree is required in Chemistry or Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Science
