Research Associate Scientist Analytical Chemist Bioanalytical Support Peptide Synthesis Protein Conjugation Custom Antibody Development Gene to Protein Expression _ .

Process Sciences unit seeking Protein Analytics experience to support late stage discovery research activities: cell line development; cell culture development; and protein purification development; etc.

Tasks:

*** Develop, execute, and qualify analytical methods for protein characterization.

*** Implement High-throughput, automated Capillary Electrophoresis, Chromatographic, and Spectroscopic based methods.

*** Support method development and implementation of various spectroscopic platforms and instruments such as: UPLC, HPC, High Throughput Analytical Platforms, Robotic Liquid Handlers, and similar.

*** Collaborate with teams for method transfer.

*** Lead Glycoprotein Characterization, Post-Translational Modification, Automated Samples preparation, and data automation.

Desired Experience:

*** Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or similar experience.
