Key Responsibilities:

Research Duties:

Conduct research on various aspects of IQ testing methodologies, including question design, assessment techniques, and validity measures.
Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of cognitive psychology and psychometrics to ensure the highest standards of test accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with the development team to integrate research findings into the enhancement of IQtestfree.io's testing algorithms and frameworks.
Analyze user feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement and innovation in our testing procedures.
Operational Duties:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of IQtestfree.io, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
Coordinate the scheduling and administration of IQ tests, including managing test sessions and proctoring protocols.
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to maintain the integrity and validity of IQtestfree.io's testing environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance.
Maintain accurate records of testing activities and user data in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
Product Testing and Evaluation:

Design and execute test plans to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of new features and enhancements on IQtestfree.io.
