Required Retail Store Supervisor (TEER 62010) Job

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
• Addressing customers' requests, and complaints.
• Responsible for signing deliveries.
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise to ensure availability of products.
• Keeping records of expenditure, and sales figures.
• Preparing staff work schedules.
• Preparing reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and daily sales.
• Hiring and training new sales associates
• Ensure cleanliness and store signage is maintained.
• Implement strategies to drive sales and improve performance.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience: 1 year but less than 2 years of previous retail salesperson, salesclerk, cashier or related experience is required.
