Main duties

• Supervise, assign and coordinate rental service staff.
• Prepare work schedules and assign duties to staff
• Authorize payments and handle return of rental vehicles
• Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, vehicle inventory and personnel matters.
• Hire and train new staff and monitor and report on performance.
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the company are maintained.
• Perform the same duties as workers supervised
• Manage escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
• Other duties as per instruction
