Salary: $25.00 per hour
The Renovation Manager will:
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop, coordinate and manage all phases of renovation projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Prepares bids and cost estimates for new and ongoing renovation projects, including reviewing and managing contactor proposals and budgets, negotiating and resolving issues to keep project on track.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with contractors, site team, architects and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and alignment on project objectives, quality requirements and industry safety standards.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Source, hire and maintain a directory of qualified suppliers and subcontractors by providing guidance, training and mentorship to team members.
• Process Tracking and Improvement: Monitor project progress, and manage all facets of project close-out, including archiving of documents, maintenance and warranty manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, and continuously present project reports and updates to ensure that projects meet client expectations and industry standards.

Job Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in residential construction industry
• Experience in supervising both technical staff, non-skilled staff and subcontractors
• English is a must.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Leading in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification is a plus
