Remote Vacation Planner Job

We are currently looking for remote Vacation Planners to book travel. As a Vacation Planner, you will be responsible for booking trips for clients to destinations worldwide. This role is excellent for anyone who absolutely loves to travel and help others with planning. Vacation Planners handle the research and booking process for clients, which can include airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales. Whether you are new or experienced in the travel industry, we welcome individuals who share our passion for planning unforgettable vacation experiences.

Responsibilities
*Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients
*Review individual needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs
*Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
*Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
*Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
*Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
*Follow all company procedures and policies

*Customer Service experience (not required)
