The Role
While our explorers are out letting the map fade, you are the one keeping their compass steady. As our Remote Travel Support Specialist, you are the operational backbone of our premium travel experiences. You will manage the intricate behind-the-scenes logistics, liaise with global travel partners, and troubleshoot real-time travel disruptions, ensuring that our clients experience nothing short of elite perfection.

Key Responsibilities
Logistical Mastery: Oversee and finalize the fine details of premium itineraries, including flights, transfers, bespoke tours, and luxury accommodations.
Partner Relations: Communicate seamlessly with global suppliers, hoteliers, and on-the-ground guides to secure VIP treatments and confirm unscripted experiences.
Proactive Troubleshooting: Monitor active travel for disruptions (weather, flight cancellations) and execute rapid, stress-free solutions before the client is even aware of an issue.
System Management: Maintain pristine records within our travel CRMs and booking platforms, ensuring all client data and travel documents are perfectly organized.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in the travel industry (travel agency support, tour operations, or airline logistics preferred).
Unyielding attention to detail—you catch the missing transfer or the mismatched time zone before anyone else does.
A calm, decisive demeanor under pressure, capable of solving complex travel puzzles on the fly.
