Job Description:
Experience the freedom of remote work as a Virtual Travel Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and book travel itineraries for clients from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Research and book domestic and international travel packages, including air, hotel, tours, and ground transportation.
• Work directly with top suppliers to secure the best deals for our clients.
• Pricing and cost calculations for changes or added trip fees.
Travel Planning and Sales:
• Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide advice on suitable destinations, transportation modes, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
Qualifications:
• No experience necessary; we will train
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Build and maintain a network with tour operators to enhance service offerings.
Skills:
• Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus.
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
• Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
