Mattis Travel is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to help travelers research, plan, and book personalized vacation experiences. Consultants may assist with cruises, Disney vacations, resorts, accessible and sensory-friendly travel, family getaways, milestone celebrations, transportation, excursions, and travel protection.
This is a commission-based 1099 independent-contractor opportunity—not an hourly or salaried employee position.

Actual income depends on completed bookings, booking values, supplier commission rates, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and individual sales activity. Some periods may produce no income.
There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, client volume, paid leave, or employee benefits. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, equipment, marketing, and other business obligations. Any required program or business costs will be disclosed before an agreement is signed.

Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities.
Prepare customized vacation proposals and quotes.
Complete reservations through approved travel suppliers.
Explain deposits, payment deadlines, travel documents, cancellation terms, and supplier policies.
Assist clients before, during, and after travel.
Maintain accurate client and reservation records.
Develop clients through referrals, networking, social media, and independent marketing.
Complete applicable supplier and destination training.
Requirements and Skills
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Legally eligible to provide independent-contractor services in the United States.
Reliable computer, telephone, and internet connection.
Strong customer-service and communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to research, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working independently and learning online booking systems.
Travel, hospitality, sales, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
