As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating travel arrangements, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, family vacations, group trips, and other travel experiences.
Whether you are new to the travel industry or have previous experience, we welcome individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their knowledge of travel planning.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their preferences and budgets.
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and travel packages.
Coordinate reservations and communicate booking details to clients.
Provide professional customer service before, during, and after the booking process.
Maintain accurate client records and reservation information.
Stay informed about travel destinations, supplier offerings, and industry updates.
Manage client inquiries and follow up in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Basic computer skills and internet navigation abilities required.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer or smartphone.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Previous travel industry experience is not required.
Must be self-motivated, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients remotely.
