Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
Provide guidance on patch styles, materials (embroidered, PVC, chenille, etc.)

Help customers with design submissions, approvals, and digital proofs

Assist with order tracking and follow-up
Design & Production Coordination
Work with customers to understand their patch design ideas (logos, sketches, etc.)

Help the design team convert artwork to embroidery-ready files
Liaise with the production team to monitor order progress
Marketing & Sales
Support social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Write blog posts or social media copy about patch styles, use cases, and design tips
Engage in outreach to potential customers (brands, clubs, merch businesses)
Track and analyze marketing metrics, suggest improvements
Administrative Duties
Maintain and update customer and order databases
Assist with follow-ups for quotes, repeat business, or customer feedback
Help with basic bookkeeping, if needed

A good eye for design; experience with graphics software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment
Experience or interest in e-commerce, manufacturing, or custom products is a bonus
Prior experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus
