What You'll Do
•
Prepare individual and small business tax returns for clients
•
Interview clients to gather necessary tax information
•
Review tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, receipts, etc.)
•
Use professional tax software to complete returns
•
Ensure accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations
•
Provide excellent customer service to clients
•
Acquire and retain clients through provided marketing systems
•
Optional: Build and mentor a team of tax preparers for additional income

Good Computer skills
Experience preferred but not required
Self motivated
