🌞 REMOTE SOLAR COLD CALLERS – COMMISSION ONLY
💰 $500 PER COMPLETED INSTALL | 1099 CONTRACTOR
This is NOT hourly. This is NOT entry-level.
Monalisa Sun is expanding our remote outbound sales team and is looking for experienced cold callers who are comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-only environment.
What we provide:
• Warm homeowner leads
• CRM + dialer access
• Scripts, onboarding, and training
• $500 commission per completed solar installation
• Flexible schedule (minimum 16 hours/week)
• Growth and advancement opportunities
What you must provide:
• Your own laptop or desktop computer
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet, professional workspace
• Prior cold calling or outbound sales experience
⚠️ No equipment is provided. Applicants must supply their own computer and internet access.
This role is NOT a fit if:
• You require hourly pay or guaranteed income
