WallStreet Vision has developed one of the most systematized swing trading programs in the market. An AI-powered (genetic algorithm) dual-filtration methodology that generates real, auditable results for clients. The proof is in the Trustpilot reviews, the Discord wins, and the client retention data.
We're scaling fast. And the bottleneck isn't the offer or the closer. It's outbound setter volume. That's where you come in.
The Role
You are a setter. Your only job is to take inbound-interested leads (people who've already watched our VSL or opted into our funnel), dial them, qualify them against a clear script, and book a closing call with Steven, the founder. That's it. You don't close. You don't pitch the full program. You open conversations and set appointments.
The current system:
Wave Dialer through GoHighLevel (roughly 1 minute per dial)
Two-call process: you run the intro call, Steven runs the close
Target: 250+ dials/day
Daily report: dials made, conversations had, appointments set
What We're Looking For
Prior outbound phone sales experience (high-ticket a plus)
Comfortable with consistent high-volume dialing
Coachable. You'll be given a script and we expect you to run it.
Self-managed. This is a remote role and we track outcomes, not hours.
Finance, trading, or investing background is a genuine plus
Stable internet and a quiet place to dial from
Compensation
7.5% commission on cash collected from every deal you set
OTE: $7,500 to $10,000/month at target volume
Top performers earn significantly more as we scale lead flow
Full setter playbook, training materials, and onboarding call included
