The Role
We're hiring a remote B2B Sales Representative focused on the home services industry — pest control, termite, wildlife removal, home inspection, garage door, locksmith, and appliance repair companies.
Your job: find the owners and operations leads at these businesses, get them on the phone, and sign them up as partners so their techs can earn extra cash filming the work they already do every day.
This is a full-cycle remote sales role. You'll prospect, qualify, pitch, and close — all from your phone and laptop. A real territory, a real pipeline, and a direct hand in how we scale across the U.S.
What You'll Do
Prospect and qualify home services businesses — pest control companies, locksmiths, garage door installers, appliance repair shops, home inspectors, wildlife removal operators
Run outbound campaigns: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and text outreach to owners, GMs, and service managers
Pitch decision-makers on a low-friction partnership that puts extra money in their techs' pockets with zero workflow change
Run discovery calls, demos, and close meetings end-to-end over Zoom or phone
Onboard new partners and their field crews once the deal is signed
Keep the CRM tight — pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, account notes, deal tracking
Build a book of business through referrals and repeat partners in adjacent home service verticals
What We're Looking For
Prior B2B sales experience, especially selling into home services, field services, or SMB trades
Comfort running a remote, phone-heavy pipeline — cold calls don't scare you
Strong communicator who can talk to a pest control owner one minute and an appliance repair GM the next, without sounding corporate
Self-directed and organized — you run your own day
Familiar with home service business models: route density, tech utilization, service tickets, seasonal cycles
CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Apollo) is a plus
Prior experience in pest control sales, home warranty sales, or servicing/selling to trades franchises is a strong plus
