We pay their crews to film their everyday work using a phone and a lightweight head-mounted strap we provide. That footage powers the next generation of workplace robotics. In March 2026, we paid out $5M+ to 10k+ workers across 12+ countries. We're now expanding heavily in the United States.

The Role

We're hiring a remote B2B Sales Representative focused on specialty trades contractors — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, fire protection, sheet metal, and insulation shops.

Your job: find the owners, GMs, and project managers running these shops, get them on the phone, and sign them up as
partners so their journeymen and apprentices can earn extra cash filming the work they already do on jobsites.

This is a full-cycle remote sales role. You'll prospect, qualify, pitch, and close — all from your phone and laptop. A real territory, a real pipeline, and a direct hand in how we scale across the U.S.

What You'll Do

Prospect and qualify specialty trades contractors — electrical shops, plumbing companies, HVAC contractors, fire protection firms, mechanical and sheet metal outfits, insulation crews

Run outbound campaigns: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and text outreach to owners, GMs, and project managers

Pitch decision-makers on a low-friction partnership that puts extra money in their crews' pockets with zero workflow change

Run discovery calls, demos, and close meetings end-to-end over Zoom or phone

Onboard new partners and their field crews once the deal is signed

Keep the CRM tight — pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, account notes, deal tracking

Build a book of business through referrals and repeat partners across adjacent trades

What We're Looking For

Prior B2B sales experience, especially selling into contractors, trades, or field services

Comfort running a remote, phone-heavy pipeline — cold calls don't scare you

Strong communicator who can talk to a master electrician one minute and an HVAC shop owner the next, without sounding corporate

Self-directed and organized — you run your own day

Familiar with trades business models: licensed vs. apprentice crews, project bidding, service vs. install work, seasonal
cycles, union vs. non-union shops

CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Apollo) is a plus

Prior experience selling tools, equipment, SaaS, or services into licensed trades is a strong plus
