Help medical practices get paid.
Apex Flow, Inc. is hiring remote, commission-only sales representatives to introduce KAIS, our prior authorization and revenue cycle platform, to independent medical practices.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. It is 100% commission. There is no base salary, no hourly wage, and no guaranteed income. Please apply only if you are comfortable being paid solely on results.
What you earn:
15% of first-year subscription revenue on accounts you source, and 10% of one-time fees, paid on collected cash only. One closed 10-provider practice at list price pays the rep who sourced it about $23,000 in first-year commission.
What KAIS does: before a practice submits an authorization, KAIS places the payer’s own published criteria beside the clinician’s documentation so gaps are visible and fixable before the request goes out. KAIS is live at its first practice. A self-serve trial is open at kais.apexflowrcm.com, and our published analysis "Approval Is Not Access" is at apexflowrcm.com/approval-is-not-access.html.
Your accounts are protected for 90 days when you register them by email before first contact.
We provide the product training, the talk track, the one-pager, and live deal support. You provide the outreach: calls, emails, and visits to practices you source.
A good fit: self-directed, comfortable on the phone, persistent with follow-up, and honest with prospects. Healthcare or sales experience helps but is not required.
