Remote Sales Closer – High Ticket | Commission Only Job

Job Description:
Novum Wealth is expanding our national remote sales team. We help real estate investors access 100% financing through high-impact training and strategic tools — not traditional bank loans. We’re looking for sharp, motivated closers who can communicate value, follow up consistently, and close high-ticket deals over Zoom or phone.

This is a 1099, commission-only role with full flexibility and strong income potential. You are not selling loans or financial products directly. Instead, you’ll sell access to our elite real estate education and deal-structuring system — which gives clients a real pathway to funding.

What You’ll Sell:
Real Estate Investing Education Packages ($3,700–$5,400+)
Access to 100% Purchase & Rehab Financing (via training)
Tools and add-ons: calculators, contracts, deal templates

What You’ll Do:
Prospect and follow up with real estate investors, contractors, and entrepreneurs
Present our program via phone or Zoom using provided frameworks
Manage your own pipeline in our CRM
Close high-ticket training sales remotely (no license needed)
Collaborate directly with company founders for support and mentorship

What We Provide:
Full onboarding & training (3–5 days to get started)
CRM access and messaging guides
Real deal examples and closing tools
Direct access to founders for ongoing coaching
No loan officer license required — we handle all client fulfillment

Compensation:
100% Commission (1099 position)
Average earnings: $925–$1,620+ per sale
Closers earn $3,000–$12,000+ per month
Paid twice per month after processing
