We are a growing advertising startup seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant / Personal Assistant to help manage both personal tasks and day-to-day operations of our small but expanding company.
This is a remote role, ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and is passionate about supporting a creative business. You will be working directly with the company founder, assisting with schedules, communication, follow-ups, simple project management, and handling some basic administrative and social media tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing emails, calls, and calendar appointments
• Assisting with communication between clients and team members
• Helping to organize tasks, meetings, and deadlines
• Supporting social media and content planning
• Handling small admin tasks and follow-ups
• Acting as a point of contact for minor company matters
