Remote Patient Services Representative Job

Founded in 2009 American Health Connection (ACH) is a national virtual medical call center and patient communication provider.
We provide medical health systems like hospitals, medical centers, clinics, and specialty offices with remote medical call center services.
Each Patient Services Representative (PSR) that we hire is assigned to a specific team that is then assigned to a specific medical client. Each team receives customized training and will receive a high volume of patient calls (at least 85 - 100 calls per day). Each PSR will schedule appointments for the patients, transfer their calls, process payments, verify insurance and update demographics etc.

100% Remote!
Full time W2 positions, great benefits after 60 days
Hourly rate $17/hr Bilingual $18/hr
1 week of paid training
Specific hours depend on medical client location - (8hr shift anywhere between 8am-8pm EST)
REQUIRED - at least 2 years of medical front office experience
If hired you will provide your own desktop

High School Diploma
2 years of medical front office experience
