Remote English Caller Position Job

I’m a software developer from Taiwan, and my spoken English is at an intermediate level. I moved to the US last March and have been applying to US companies, but I haven’t always felt confident in interviews because spoken English is still my biggest challenge.

To be honest, I read and write English well, but understanding fast, natural spoken English can still be difficult for me. In interviews or client conversations, I sometimes miss details or need people to repeat themselves, which can make the conversation stressful on both sides. Because of that, I’m looking for someone who can support the client-facing side of the work.

The role would focus on communication. I’m looking for someone who can professionally handle phone calls, interviews, and discovery conversations with clients.

In return, you would receive 30% of the income from any project where you handle the communication side.

Many US software contracts pay around $10,000 per month on average, so even by handling calls alone, you could earn around $3,000 per month from one project. I’m a senior software developer, and I plan to apply for more than three projects, so delivery itself would not be a problem for me. If you help with communication across multiple projects, the income potential could be significant.

As for safety, yes, this would be safe for you. I would not need any of your private personal information. I would handle the applications and project delivery through my own account.
