Job Description:
Vero Health LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our growing operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Maintain and organize digital records and files
Perform regular data audits and quality checks
Assist with generating reports and compiling information as needed
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies
Follow company data security and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with healthcare or medical data systems (a plus)
Familiarity with CRM or EMR software
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
