CultureMind is an Atlanta-based AI startup building chatbot solutions and AI-powered tools for children and families. We're growing our team and looking for motivated, personable individuals to join us as we scale our client communication efforts.

We're hiring 10+ Customer Support Representatives to help us communicate with prospective and current clients, understand their needs, and support our team throughout client meetings.

What You'll Do
Conduct phone calls and meetings with customers
Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
Help answer general questions about our services and workflow
Support client communication before and after meetings
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
What We're Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and in meetings
A basic understanding of technology and ability to learn new tools quickly
Friendly, professional, and reliable
Must be a US resident (remote position)
Compensation & Schedule
Fixed hourly rate: $20/hour
Plus commission-based earnings: typically 30%, with potential to earn an additional $2,000–$3,000/month
Current workload: approximately 2–3 hours per day, with 2–3 client meetings daily
Part-time role with expected growth in hours as the company scales
