Yaya’s Destination Agency is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, helping them plan, book, and manage their travel experiences from start to finish. You will ensure each client receives excellent service and a smooth, stress-free booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Assist clients with booking travel (flights, hotels, packages, excursions)
Provide personalized travel recommendations
Handle booking updates, changes, and customer support issues
Maintain accurate client records and booking details
Follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
Customer service experience preferred (travel/hospitality is a plus)
Strong communication and people skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable using computers and online systems
Passion for travel and helping others
