Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
* Assist clients with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, packages, excursions)
* Resolve customer issues and provide solutions with a positive attitude
* Maintain accurate client records and booking details
* Provide recommendations and travel advice tailored to client needs
* Follow up with clients before and after trips to ensure satisfaction
* Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service
Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience (travel industry experience is a plus)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and social media platforms
* Passion for travel and helping others
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with travel booking platforms (e.g., Expedia, Amadeus, etc.)
* Sales or upselling experience
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
