Job Description:
CordenPharma is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to support our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are professional, attentive to detail, and comfortable handling customer interactions in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related questions
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Document customer interactions and update records in company systems
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Follow established customer service procedures and quality standards
• Meet daily or weekly performance and response-time targets
• Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding customer concerns or trends
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage, but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain professional and empathetic with customers
• Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems, word processing)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
Work Schedule
• Flexible schedule options available
