In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting them throughout the entire travel planning process—from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client communication — Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner

Travel booking support — Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, vacation packages, and excursions

Issue resolution — Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions with a positive, service-oriented attitude

Record management — Maintain accurate client records, booking details, and communication logs

Travel recommendations — Offer tailored travel advice and suggestions based on client needs

Client follow-up — Conduct pre-trip and post-trip follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Team collaboration — Work closely with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

Customer service experience; travel industry experience is a plus

Strong communication skills and professional client interaction

Problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset

Organized and detail-oriented approach to daily tasks

Tech-savvy — comfortable using computers, booking systems, and social media

Passion for travel and helping others

Preferred Skills:

Travel platform experience (Expedia, Amadeus, etc.)

Sales or upselling experience

Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
