Remote Customer Representative
8 Halves Machining is looking for a friendly and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to assist customers and support daily communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with people, using a computer, and learning new systems.
No extensive experience is required. Training may be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer questions by email, phone, or online messaging.
* Provide basic information and assistance to customers.
* Follow up with customers when needed.
* Record customer information and communications accurately.
* Assist with scheduling and general administrative tasks.
* Forward complex questions to the appropriate team member.
* Maintain a professional and helpful attitude.
Basic Qualifications
* Good communication skills.
* Basic computer and internet skills.
* Ability to read and respond to emails.
* Reliable internet connection.
* Ability to work independently.
* Willingness to learn.
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required. Training may be provided.
