Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Operations Specialist to join our remote team. This role is key to delivering a seamless and professional experience for our customers and internal stakeholders. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure operations, communication, and support tasks run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
Process and manage customer accounts, documentation, and operational requests
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, finance, and logistics) to resolve customer issues
Monitor workflows and escalate concerns to the appropriate departments
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
Contribute to improving internal processes and tools for better customer support
Help onboard new customers and provide post-sale assistance
Generate reports and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), spreadsheets, and ticketing tools
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
Comfortable collaborating across time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry
Prior experience in a remote-first company
