Customer Care Representative (100% Remote)
Employer: Allianz Group – Recruitment Division
Compensation: $40.00 – $45.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Business Hours)
The Opportunity: Allianz is seeking a sophisticated Customer Care Representative to join our North American remote operations team. In this role, you will act as a primary liaison for our policyholders, managing high-value inquiries regarding insurance portfolios, claims status, and premium account services. Key Responsibilities: * Account Management: Resolve complex inquiries regarding life, health, or property insurance policies.
Data Integrity: Update and maintain sensitive client records within our secure, encrypted CRM database.
Compliance: Ensure all interactions meet strict state and federal regulatory insurance guidelines.
Requirements: * Professionalism: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: 2+ years in financial services, insurance, or high-level administrative support.
Security: Must have a dedicated home office and high-speed internet (equipment is provided).
