Remote Cold Caller – US Market | Wedding Industry Job

The Wedding Cut is looking for a motivated and confident Remote Cold Caller / Sales Representative to help us connect with wedding photographers, cinematographers, and filmmakers across the United States.

The role focuses on outbound cold calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, appointment setting, and client acquisition for our professional video editing and post-production services.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US-based wedding photographers and filmmakers.
Introduce The Wedding Cut and our professional video editing services.
Identify qualified prospects and understand their editing requirements.
Handle objections professionally and naturally.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Schedule meetings with qualified clients.
Maintain a consistent calling and follow-up process.
Convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
You may also generate your own qualified leads if preferred.

Compensation:
The first month will be completely commission-based.

Below $100 project value ? 4% commission
$100–$500 ? 6% commission
$500–$1,000 ? 8% commission
$1,000–$1,500 ? 10% commission
Projects above $1,500 ? Commission discussed separately.

The minimum target during the first commission-based month is 5 successfully closed clients.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for a longer-term paid/salary-based arrangement after the initial commission-based period.

Requirements:

Good English communication skills.
Previous cold calling or sales experience is preferred.
Comfortable speaking with US-based clients.
Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently.
Previous experience with wedding photography, videography, creative services, or B2B sales is a plus.
